The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical is based on Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson novel and is a natural pick for families with middle-grade readers. Stephen C. Lott directs PLT’s production in the theatre’s TreeHouse space.
March weekends in downtown Pensacola can be busy, so leave extra time for parking. The Sunday matinees are the easiest choice for younger kids coming from Gulf Breeze.
Check before you cross the bridge: Pensacola Little Theatre showed this date as scheduled when we checked on October 26, 2026, seventeen days after Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin on October 9. Recovery is still under way around Pensacola Bay, so confirm with the organizer and check FL511 for road conditions before you go.
