Peter Rubardt leads the orchestra and the UWF Singers (directed by Peter Steenblik) in three works that changed orchestral music: Wagner’s Prelude and Liebestod from Tristan and Isolde, Debussy’s Nocturnes, and Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring.
If you can’t make it over the bridge, the virtual ticket lets you watch live or later from home.
Check before you cross the bridge: The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra’s concert page showed this date as scheduled when we checked on October 30, 2026, twenty-one days after Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin on October 9. Recovery is still under way around Pensacola Bay, so confirm with the organizer and check FL511 for road conditions before you go.
