Ballet Pensacola is staging an original family ballet set to Camille Saint-Saëns’s Carnival of the Animals, and it’s a short drive across the bridge from Gulf Breeze. The story follows a child’s dream across land, sea and sky, performed by Ballet Pensacola’s Student Company and Youth Ensemble with large animal puppets, projections and new choreography.
The show is part of this year’s Foo Foo Fest lineup. Each performance ends with an interactive Parade of Animals that includes friends of the Humane Society. Ballet Pensacola says tickets for Clark Family Cultural Center performances are sold in person or by phone; see its performance page for box office details.
Weather note: this post was written on October 9, 2026, as Hurricane Isaias approached the Gulf Coast. Organizers can change plans after a storm, so confirm with them before you go.
