The second annual Blues on the Bluff sets up on the lawn at Calvert’s in the Heights, overlooking Pensacola Bay from Scenic Highway. This year’s lineup is Soulman Sam and the Backstreet Blues Band, Kara Grainger and Jonathon “Boogie” Long. The festival is presented with the Pensacola Blues Society, Hellcat Productions and Sunshine Stayz.
It’s a bring-your-own-chair event, but no coolers, umbrellas or pets. Outdoor food and drinks are sold on the grounds, and Calvert’s is open inside for dining. It’s a quick drive from Gulf Breeze across the Pensacola Bay Bridge.
Check before you cross the bridge: Calvert’s ticket page showed this date as scheduled when we checked on October 16, 2026, one week after Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin on October 9. Recovery is still under way around Pensacola Bay, so confirm with the organizer and check FL511 for road conditions before you go.
