Dancer, four-time Emmy winner and Dancing with the Stars judge Derek Hough brings his holiday tour to Pensacola. Dance for the Holidays sets Hough and his cast of dancers to holiday tunes, from carols to modern pop, and the Saenger bills it as a show for the whole family. Emmy-winning choreographers Napoleon and Tabitha Dumo (NappyTabs) co-create and direct the choreography.
It’s a Friday-night show the weekend before Thanksgiving week, so expect a busy downtown. Dinner on Palafox before the 8 p.m. curtain is an easy add-on from Gulf Breeze.
Check before you cross the bridge: The Saenger Theatre’s event page showed this date as scheduled when we checked on October 21, 2026, twelve days after Hurricane Isaias made landfall near Destin on October 9. Recovery is still under way around Pensacola Bay, so confirm with the organizer and check FL511 for road conditions before you go.
